YOuth Ministry Director

Are you passionate about seeing the next generation rise up in faith, purpose, and identity in Christ? We’re looking for a dedicated and Spirit-led Youth Director to help lead, disciple, and invest in the lives of our middle and high school students.


As Youth Director, you’ll help shape a dynamic and Christ-centered youth ministry through weekly gatherings, special events, mentorship, and outreach. This role is perfect for someone with a heart for young people, strong leadership skills, and a desire to cultivate an environment where students can grow in their relationship with Jesus and build lasting community.


Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and leading youth services, Bible studies, and events

  • Building authentic relationships with students and their families

  • Recruiting and equipping volunteer leaders

  • Partnering with church leadership to align vision and goals

  • Praying over and spiritually shepherding the youth

Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week
Reports to: Lead Pastor or Associate Pastor

Womens Ministry Director

Do you have a heart to see women grow in faith, walk in their God-given identity, and build strong, Christ-centered relationships? We’re looking for a Spirit-filled, compassionate, and visionary Women’s Ministry Director to help lead and nurture the women of our church.


In this role, you’ll help create meaningful spaces for women to connect, grow in the Word, pray together, and walk in unity and purpose. Whether through Bible studies, events, or one-on-one encouragement, you’ll be a key part of helping women thrive in every season of life.


Responsibilities include:

  • Planning women’s gatherings, Bible studies, and fellowship events

  • Creating a welcoming and safe space for women to grow in faith

  • Discipling and encouraging women in their spiritual walk

  • Partnering with church leadership to align ministry vision

  • Raising up and mentoring volunteer leaders within the ministry

Time Commitment: 5–10 hours/week
